In the beginning of the school year I sat in on an OB class because I saw many pretty girls walking into the room. A man of numbers, I liked my chances. I asked the instructor if I could sit in and take notes, she obliged. They were doing some self assessments using the Belbin something…  and I joined in. I discovered that my evaluator skills needed some work. I’m never too critical of my work or anyone else’. I decided to consciously work on this while upholding a certain level of tact. Here’s my first review:
